Supervisor $13-$15/hour

Training all new hires
Assists with all vendors orders. o Putting away all vendor orders in a timely fashion o Communicating stocking levels and daily needs
Conducts weekly cleaning chart
Owns monthly evaluation inspection
Follows up on all catering orders o Managing daily catering timelines and product
Guest interaction o Driving a best-in-class experience at the register o Service Standards. Walk-in or pick-up. 100% accuracy in all orders
Opening and Closing procedures are followed (open to close, close to open)
Product Management o Par levels o Line back-up o Stocking for the next shift
Quality Control o Daily line checks
Clear communication o Ownership of the shift and expectations of the staff
Issue resolution (operations)
Positive attitude
Sales monitoring
Policy Adherence o Uniform standards
Regulatory Compliance (Health and Safety) Vendor's
