In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth service flow. Your leadership will drive the success of our casual dining environment, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and team members thrive. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong management skills, and has a proven track record in food service management and team leadership. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of Bistro operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff training, and development to ensure high performance and team cohesion. Supervise food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and optimize costs. Operate Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Maintain quality standards for food production, presentation, and service speed in a fast-paced environment. Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control. Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during peak hours to ensure efficient service. Uphold exceptional customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and food industry standards. Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff development, and customer interactions. Basic math skills for budgeting, profit analysis, and inventory calculations.
