We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our Little Caesars. What You'll Do Lead shifts and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Assist with hiring, training, and developing crew members. Ensure every pizza meets Little Caesars quality standards. Manage food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant operations. Help control labor, food costs, and inventory. Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently. Open and close the restaurant while maintaining company standards. Create a positive, accountable, and fun work environment. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Passion for developing others and providing excellent customer service.
