As a Shift Leader, you'll help run the restaurant and make sure our team delivers an awesome experience every shift.

You'll:

Lead and motivate the team Maintain food quality and Jersey Mike's standards Deliver an excellent customer experience Train and coach team members Assist with cash handling and daily operations Maintain a clean, safe restaurant Help keep the shift organized and on track Step up when the restaurant gets busy
