  • 2nd Shift The supervisor oversees the associate's scheduling, training, safety, and quality inspections.
Purpose:
Ensuring safe and efficient operations by managing accounts and employees to deliver high-quality services and maintain the company's profitability.

Full Time 2nd

Negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Support employees through training, coaching, planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance to standards & specifications. Ensure all safety requirements are fulfilled and identify and share safety best practices. Monitor and order supplies as needed. Inspect equipment to assure it's in good working condition. Help to identify problems, offer solutions, and participate in their resolution. Review and ensure accurate timekeeping records. Work with other team members and take direction from customers and mangers. Assist the Area Manager or Operations Manager in developing and improving work schedules. Train personnel for each site you are responsible for. Reallocate work as required due to personnel shortages or special requirements. Resolve day-to-day operations problems and make the area manager aware of them. Build good rapport and communications with immediate subordinates. Solicit employee ideas, solutions, support, and participation. Give employees honest feedback on job performance. Counsel employees on personal concerns about the company, management, proposed changes, or events by clearing up any misunderstandings. Set high standards and keep subordinates working toward them. Continually evaluate methods, procedures, and materials to improve performance and reduce the cost of operations. Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a service industry.
