POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and adherence to company and brand standards. This role provides direct leadership and support to hourly team members, promotes a positive and inclusive work environment, assists with training and development, and helps drive productivity, food safety, and financial performance. The Supervisor leads by example, fosters employee engagement, resolves guest concerns, and supports management in achieving operational goals while delivering first-class experiences for both guests and team members.
