The manager(s) directly supervises IHOP restaurant's employees. A shift leaders primary responsibilities include managing operations in the front and back of the house while the managers are off and additionally on high volume shifts.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising the restaurant floor, ensuring guest satisfaction. Aiding kitchen staff Check stock / prep levels and adjust or prep as needed. Assist in cleaning duties ensuring restaurant cleanliness is maintained Completing all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time. Available to work days, nights and weekends Willingness to help where needed, when needed

High school diploma or equivalent experience Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; and ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and guests.
