We're looking for energetic and dependable team members to join our team! Now Hiring We are hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for all shifts, with an immediate need for: Morning shifts: 2 PM - 11:00 PM Closing shifts: 4 :00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Responsibilities Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming Maintain yogurt machines and topping levels Operate cash register and handle transactions Prep fruit and toppings, make yogurt cakes Wash dishes, take out trash, sweep/mop floors Clean machines and restrooms Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service Occasionally wear the Menchie's mascot costume Work Environment Fast-paced and fun atmosphere Team members are on their feet for the entire shift Active role with constant movement Qualifications Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Team player who enjoys working with people No experience required (training provided) Food service or retail experience is a plus Pay & Benefits $12.00 - $17.00 per hour Free yogurt during shifts Free uniform Employee discount Flexible schedule Growth opportunities (Shift Leader → Management) Full training provided Schedule 4-6 hour shifts Day & evening shifts available Monday-Friday + rotating weekends Weekend availability required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to commute to Warren, MI Night shift availability required Day shift preferred Driver's License (preferred) Work Location In person -
