Pay Range:

Crew Member:

$14.00 - $15.50 per hour, plus tips

Shift Lead:

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour, plus tips Primary requirements of a Jersey Mike's employee: Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's high quality standards Effectively work alongside a team Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others Provide customers with top quality products and service Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience Qualifications for the job: 1 year QSR experience preferred Leadership experience preferred for Shift Lead candidates Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven Open availability, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
