Job Description
Residential Cleaning Team Lead Position Summary The Residential Cleaning Team Lead provides high-quality residential cleaning services while leading assigned crews, maintaining company standards, supporting team members, and helping ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Essential Functions Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards, customer expectations, and assigned checklists. Lead and support assigned team members while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and efficiency. Review customer notes, schedules, and work orders using Customer Factor (CF). Assign and monitor workflow to help ensure quality and timely completion of assigned jobs. Accurately clock in and out, record mileage when applicable, and complete required company documentation. Communicate professionally with management and team members through approved company communication systems. Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members. Report damages, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, supply shortages, scheduling concerns, or customer concerns promptly. Help maintain company quality standards, customer satisfaction, and accountability. Properly use and maintain company equipment and supplies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in clients' homes. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational expectations. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Reliable transportation and attendance. Comfortable using company technology, including Customer Factor (CF), Slack, and Gusto. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motion.
