Job Summary Evening Shift Leaders provide leadership to crew and support to other managers during a shift to ensure our customers receive a fast, accurate and quality pizza every time. Evening Shift Leaders perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance and labor during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is supported and prepared for the dinner rush, and providing a solid closing. As an Evening Shift Leader, you may be responsible for: Exceptional Customer Service Guest Satisfaction is the most important part of what we do! Closing the store and providing support to our evening crew. Inventory Management Cheerleading Crew during busy shifts Quality Food Production and Food Safety Educating and Training new hires, providing them with solid leadership and support. Attitude and reliability are the two most important things to our team dynamic. This is a new role for us and to be honest we have never hired this position before. The person must be flexible and be able to work with an already established team. Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required, we can train and develop your skills. We're looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule working evenings till 8:30 pm and every other weekend are a requirement for this position. Along with competitive pay, we are open to making the position fulltime or parttime for the correct individual. Hourly rate range is $14
