Part-Time Manager - The Victoria Burrow | Victoria, MN We're hiring two part-time managers to help cover operations at The Victoria Burrow — a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue featuring axe throwing, arcade games, mini golf, and a full bar and food menu. We're looking for two people who can split the schedule and each take ownership of their shifts. That means showing up ready to lead, handling whatever comes up, and keeping things running smoothly without needing someone looking over your shoulder. What you'll be doing: Managing daily operations across all areas of the venue during your shift Leading and supporting the team to deliver a great guest experience Handling opening and closing responsibilities Overseeing cash, inventory, and keeping things organized Jumping in wherever you're needed — no two shifts are exactly the same What we're looking for: Previous management or supervisory experience (hospitality, entertainment, or food & beverage preferred) A positive attitude — you set the tone for your team and your guests Self-sufficient and able to run a shift independently Reliable, hardworking, and accountable Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 21+ required
