Join our dynamic team as a 7 Brew Stand Manager, where you'll lead the daily operations of our vibrant coffee stand. As a key team member, you'll oversee beverage preparation, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and maintain smooth operational flow. Your enthusiasm and management skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back while fostering a positive work environment for your team. Responsibilities Supervise daily stand operations, ensuring efficient drink preparation and quick service to meet customer demands. Oversee beverage crafting to uphold quality standards and safety regulations. Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Lead staff training, development, and supervision to foster a motivated and skilled team. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate purchasing to minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations across all operations. Handle shift management duties including scheduling, delegating tasks, and resolving customer or staff issues promptly. Build a positive, kind, and accountable culture. Actively develop and mentor future leaders within the team. Lead team-building and bonding activities. Qualifications Background in restaurant management, hospitality management, or food service management with supervising experience. Familiarity with POS systems. Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices. Excellent leadership skills with a history of staff training, team management, and interviewing potential team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
