Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartending Supervisor to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards for beverage quality and presentation. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver memorable moments through expertly crafted cocktails, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service, ensuring smooth operations during shifts Lead by example in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and standards Manage cash handling, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Train and mentor bartenders on beverage recipes, mixology techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service excellence Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth Experience Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail crafting skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft beers Prior supervisory or bar management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities during busy shifts Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest interactions Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling practices within the food industry or restaurant environment Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is preferred but not required Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional beverage experiences!
