In this role, you'll be the heart of the operation, delivering exceptional service while preparing delicious food and maintaining a clean, welcoming workspace. As a Crew Member, you'll support daily operations with a focus on food preparation, customer service, and teamwork. Shift Leaders will take on additional responsibilities such as supervising staff, managing orders, and ensuring smooth restaurant flow. All positions are paid and provide valuable experience in the food industry. Duties Prepare high-quality food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Manage customer orders with friendly service, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment and customer areas. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and manage cash handling procedures Support food safety management by following proper food handling protocols and sanitation practices. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or quick service/fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to upsell menu items effectively Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety guidelines diligently Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash accurately Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning Join us today to be part of a lively team that values energy, dedication, and a passion for great food!
