Responsibilities:
Develop and execute short- and long-term financial and operational strategies aligned with hotel and Concord goals. Oversee all F&B outlets and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality standards, and seamless event execution. Lead, recruit, train, and develop F&B team members while maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and performance expectations. Analyze financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions, maximize revenue, and implement innovative programs and marketing initiatives. Build guest, client, and community relationships while enhancing guest satisfaction, public relations, and the hotel's competitive position.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, with experience overseeing restaurant and banquet operations preferred. Strong financial and operational knowledge, including food and labor costs, revenue strategies, organization, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, team-oriented leadership style focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
