Culver's Pay:

$50,000-$60,000 per year + monthly bonuses and incentives

Full-time About the Position We're looking for a motivated, dependable Restaurant Manager to join our Culver's team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, developing a strong team, maintaining high standards, and helping drive restaurant profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who leads by example and is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an excellent guest experience Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service Help manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability Motivate the team and create a positive, accountable work environment Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed Work closely with the restaurant leadership team to achieve business goals Take an active role in opening and closing the restaurant Schedule & Availability This is a full-time management position . Closing shifts are required , so candidates must be comfortable working evenings and helping ensure the restaurant is properly closed and secured.
