Beverly Davis:
Co-Owner Before becoming a business owner, Beverly built experience across several industries, but she's always been someone who loves connecting with people and being part of a great community. As a mom of four, family is at the heart of everything she does. When she's not working, you'll likely find her crafting, spending time with family, or enjoying anything volleyball related.
Chad Davis:
Co-Owner Husband to Beverly and dad of four, Chad brings a hands-on background in manufacturing, electrical work, and the food industry to their business. He's a natural builder who enjoys working with his hands, whether he's tackling a project, working in the yard, or building something from scratch. When he's not working, family time is always at the top of his list. About the Shift Lead Role We're hiring a Shift Lead to join our team. Shift Leads help run day-to-day operations during their shift leading the team, ensuring quality and customer service standards, and keeping things operating smoothly. What You'll Need Must be at least 18 years old Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Comfortable leading and coaching team members during a shift Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must obtain a Columbia/Boone County Public Health Food Handler Card before your first shift Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient customer service Lead and support team members during assigned shifts Handle opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks Step in to resolve customer issues and support the team as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining store presentation What We Offer Hands-on training; no experience necessary A fun, close-knit team environment Opportunities to grow into leadership roles Employee discounts Tips Be part of a locally owned, award-recognized Crumbl location Sound like a good fit?
