Dietary Manager - Aspire Senior Living Joplin Full-Time Days Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team in Joplin, MO. Our Dietary Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents. We are committed to being a premier resident-focused care provider through delivery of the highest quality personal care services in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Dietary Manager Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the dietary department, including planning, organizing, and directing food service operations Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs to meet the needs of our residents Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and wait staff Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food, supplies, and equipment Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care
Dietary Manager Requirements:
