Job Summary Pizza Tascio - NKC is hiring a Pizza Service Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house and pizza service operations while supporting excellent customer service and efficient order fulfillment. This role supervises service staff, coordinates customer orders, monitors service quality, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment. Common Job Roles Pizza Service Supervisor Restaurant Service Supervisor Pizza Shift Supervisor Food Service Supervisor Restaurant Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pizza service and front-of-house operations Supervise, train, and support restaurant service team members Coordinate customer orders and communicate with kitchen staff Monitor order accuracy, service speed, and customer satisfaction Assist customers with menu questions, special requests, and service concerns Assign staff responsibilities and coordinate workflow during busy periods Operate POS and payment systems as required Monitor supplies, packaging, and front-of-house inventory Maintain clean, organized, and safe customer and service areas Follow food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and company procedures Assist management with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Requirements Previous restaurant, pizza, food service, or customer service experience required or preferred Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred Skills Experience supervising restaurant or pizza service teams Familiarity with restaurant POS and ordering systems Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Good scheduling and workflow coordination skills Ability to coach and motivate team members Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures About the Company Pizza Tascio - NKC provides pizza and food service in a casual, customer-focused restaurant environment.
