Job Description Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations. Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs. Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department. Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging. Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet. Represent the Beverage Department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal and external employee-related hearings as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Workday along with other software products preferred. Job holder may be exposed to certain casino environmental factors including but not limited to noise and secondhand smoke. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Complete required background requirements.
