Description:
Assist the Cafe Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Café, Noodle Bar and Room Service operations, and Gift Shop. Ensure compliance with established service standards and that guests receive prompt and courteous service. Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures, and all applicable safety and health code regulations.Essential Job Duties:
Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables. Cleans, organizes and stocks items in service areas. Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience. Performs other duties as directed.Job requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree in hospitality management preferred. Two (2) years' experience managing high volume casual restaurants and mid volume upscale restaurants required. Minimum of 2 years direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance, and allocating resources. Must have Training experience. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Must have open Availability.
