Position Summary Provides leadership and supervision to Mental Health Worker-Night as outlined in the supervisor duties below. Responsibilities Management Demonstrates effective management of a team toward achievement of goals, including appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Coach others in the YBGR policies, procedures and protocol. Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings. Compliance Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for compliance with and understanding of contract requirements as it relates to business and customer services. Check all buildings on campus to ensure they are secure. Talent Acquisition Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees. Performance Conducts staff evaluations, job performance management (including coaching/counseling), and corrective action. Assist Assist in situations that require crisis intervention. Provide transportation assistance to lodge units when possible. Training Responsible for ensuring appropriate staff training and education programs are provided. Support Must be available in stressful situations to lend support and aid in crisis. Debrief crisis situations with childcare staff as to assess, evaluate and implement improved safety and intervention techniques. Requirements Values Faith

Child Abuse Clearance:
Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana. Driver's License to operate passenger vehicle. High School Diploma or GED. Certification Current CPR/1st Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 day and maintain certification. Willingness and ability to obtain certification in First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention. Skills Demonstrate being self-motivated, self-disciplined, and diligent with forward thinking. Demonstrate the ability to think of their team over self and define success collectively rather than individually.
Experience Previous Professional Experience:
A minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in working with youth with emotional and behavioral issues in a residential setting.
Flexibility Flexibility and Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected situations during overnight shifts, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness.
Proficiency Safety and Security:
Knowledge of security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff members, including the ability to conduct security checks and respond to emergency situations.
Crisis Management:
Proficiency in managing crises and emergencies calmly and efficiently, employing appropriate de-escalation techniques and following established protocols.
