This position works closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to oversee daily dining room service, support and train team members, and ensure residents receive friendly, consistent service. Responsibilities Lead and support dining room staff during daily meal service Train and coach servers on service and hospitality standards Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs Conduct pre-meal meetings and communicate menu and service updates Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service Assist with special events and community functions Respond to resident feedback and help resolve concerns Monitor dining supplies and communicate ordering or maintenance needs Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of dining staff Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or dining experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a team Able to work in a fast-paced environment and jump in where needed Experience in senior living is a plus We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service, and can help create a positive experience for both our residents and dining team.
