Shift Coordinator The Shift Coordinator provides tactical leadership within a distribution center environment, serving as an extension of the Elwood Staffing onsite team. This individual is responsible for overseeing a designated group of Elwood Staffing associates while also performing regular warehouse and production duties. What's in it for you? Shift Coordinator Details:

Temporary position $24.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm) Minimum of 2 to 3 years of recent supervisory or shift lead experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Proven experience leading teams, coaching employees, and holding associates accountable for performance, attendance, and workplace policies. Stable work history demonstrating reliability, commitment, and leadership growth.

Shift Coordinator Qualifications:

Provide daily attendance and staffing reports to Elwood Staffing and client leadership. Submit the daily roster prior to the start of each shift. Notify supervisors of associates leaving early or attendance concerns throughout the shift Coach and counsel associates on attendance, productivity, PPE compliance, dress code, and workplace behavior Document employee coaching and performance discussions Train, mentor, and support new and existing associates Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
