As well as maintaining clean and sanitized, orderly areas of service. To provide prompt and accurate service to residents. Uphold and put into daily practice the values of Carol Woods. Function as a good steward of resident resources Contribute to Carol Woods approach to continual quality improvement. Provide all necessary food service to all dining rooms areas. As a part of interdisciplinary team assist with serving resident meals. Uses proper food handling processes, procedures and policies Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in accordance with guidelines and completes daily/weekly tasks as assigned. Assist HL Dining manager with compliance of daily tasks assigned to team, all other duties as assigned. Complete daily management tasks as assigned Food Service experience preferred, High school degree or equivalent Fills open rolls as needed, standing and walking most of the time, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds Complies with State and Federal regulation guidelines and procedures foodservice compliance programs
