Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
• Ensure that all food production and service activities are carried out efficiently and according to company standards
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth operations across all shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and service procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in training new employees
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
