This role prepares team members for promotion into Shift Lead responsibilities through hands-on training, coaching, and operational development. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming and energetic environment Prepare smoothies and food items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation procedures throughout the store Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash transactions Support daily opening and closing procedures Assist with inventory management, stocking, and product rotation Train and mentor new team members on operations and customer service expectations Demonstrate leadership during busy shifts by motivating teammates and solving problems quickly Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations and customer concerns Learn scheduling, shift management, and leadership responsibilities as part of the fast-track development program Qualifications Positive attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required Leadership mindset with willingness to take initiative Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Growth Opportunities Employees in this role receive leadership training and performance-based development opportunities to prepare for advancement into a Shift Lead position and future management roles.
