Job Summary As a McDonald's Area Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence and team leadership across multiple restaurant locations within your designated region. This dynamic role empowers you to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and implement strategic initiatives that promote business growth. You will collaborate closely with restaurant managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to optimize performance, develop talent, and uphold brand standards. Duties Lead and support multiple restaurant teams by providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to foster a high-performing culture. Oversee operational management including quality control, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics across all locations. Drive strategic planning efforts to meet business objectives, including sales growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion initiatives. Manage executive-level budgets by monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and implementing process improvements for profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to business development, marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements. Conduct regular audits of store operations to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. Lead data-driven decision making by analyzing performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed. Develop team leaders through targeted training programs focused on leadership development, operational excellence, and customer engagement strategies. Experience Proven management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment with a focus on multi-unit operations. Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level teams with strong verbal communication skills tailored for engaging senior stakeholders. Extensive experience in business management including strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational management. Skilled in project management with a track record of executing initiatives that improve processes and drive business growth. Strong background in data analysis for decision-making purposes coupled with expertise in budgeting and financial management at an executive level. Experience in cross-functional collaboration across departments such as marketing, supply chain, and human resources. Ability to develop talent through team development strategies while fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values. Knowledge of negotiation techniques and business development strategies to expand market presence effectively.
