By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce - EOE/Protected Veteran/DisabledJob DescriptionThe Shift Coordinator - LOM is responsible for leading all logistics associates, material handlers, and operations during a designated shift. Operating under Daily Leadership Routines (dDLR), this role is accountable for executing safe work practices, maintaining BPS standards (Standardized Work, 5S, and Point CIP), managing shift-to-shift handovers, resolving operational discrepancies to ensure seamless, on-time material flow, and the validation of goods receipt and shipping accuracy.

Order, Make, Deliver Functions required for maintaining warehouse operations.

Daily Leadership Review and shift hand over responsibilityInbound, Outbound, Pick, Put-Away and Deliver accuracySupermarket execution
Inventory ControlSafety & Quality:
Enforce safety standards and promote adherence.

Manage quality hold items and release itemsProvide Weekly reporting on safety and quality concerns departmental costs related to safety.
Training:
New Hire training and onboarding systemsSupport standardization of work instructions, safety procedures, and training materials through operator adherence.
