We're looking for a Line Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the packaging line and ensuring that production is fulfilled in full, on time, safely, efficiently.
STARTING PAYRATE
$17
  • 20 per hour
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE
Monday
  • Friday 7am
  • 3:30pm Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed
What You'll Do:
Reviews production orders to determine product type, required quantities, packaging materials, and other specifications. Monitors packaging operations and inspects products to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control requirements, and customer specifications. Operates, fine-tunes, and troubleshoots packaging machinery, or escalates issues to the maintenance team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years related experience. Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
