  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline service processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards. Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee training to ensure team members are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems; monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile registers at shift end. Control inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize food costs. Lead shift management by coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Train new staff on food handling, customer service techniques, POS operation, and restaurant policies to foster a knowledgeable team environment. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellent hospitality. Assist with budgeting efforts and monitor operational expenses to support financial goals. Support catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to diversify revenue streams. Experience Proven supervising experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food preparation and customer service excellence. Strong background in food industry management including kitchen management, food safety practices, and food production processes. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and staff training within a hospitality setting. Prior involvement in casual dining or fine dining establishments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
