Lead, coordinate, and monitor the work of your shift team. Keep production and maintenance activities on schedule for quality, quantity, and timing. Ensure team members follow safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards. Set up and organize the shift for efficient production. Keep your team working together effectively and maintain strong team engagement. Monitor production output, productivity, safety, and quality. Ensure job orders have the proper labels.
