Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high service standards. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Coordinate inventory control, monitor stock levels, and assist with food management to minimize waste and optimize costs. Train and develop staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations. Support kitchen management by supervising food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience for all guests. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and service management. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and financial tasks. Knowledge of food safety management practices, including HACCP principles and sanitation standards. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams, conducting interviews, and providing staff training & development. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles in hospitality management settings. Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee kitchen operations, and perform profit & loss analysis to support business growth. $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
