The Club has a Member Dining Room & Bar, three Banquet Rooms, six Tennis Courts, an 18 Hole Golf Course, and two practice putting/chipping areas.F&B Revenue:

The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring excellent food and beverage service and an outstanding Member experience in the A La Carte Dining Room, private Banquets and Member Events on a daily basis. Collaborates on Event Calendar for all Member Special Events and charged with the promoting and executing of all planned events. Oversees all administrative and operational aspects of preparing and executing private parties and banquets. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills and dynamic leadership qualities, are required for success in this hands-on leadership position. The successful candidate must be willing to "get in the trenches" and work directly with our Food & Beverage Staff.Job Description:
Actively manages all Food & Beverage Waitstaff employees. Creates weekly Waitstaff employee work schedules in conjunction with Member Dining and Banquet activities. Assures that effective orientation and training for new staff and current staff is established and implemented. Develops and implements policies and procedures for F&B Department. Ensures that all legal requirements pertaining to alcoholic beverages are consistently adhered to. Maintains appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage outlets. Develops wine lists and bottle or glass wine programs. Makes sure all dining and banquet menus are up-to-date. Responsible for all beverage inventory and purchasing.- Oversees all daily activity in the Member Dining Room & Bar, daily Banquets and Member Special Events. Greet Members and guests and oversees service on a daily basis.
- Assumes responsibility of Manager on Duty.
- Serves as Liason between Food & Beverage Waitstaff and Kitchen Staff Creates calendar of monthly events for Member Special Events Creates external and internal marketing and sales promotion of Member Special Events and private functions.
