In charge of food preparation Supervise/instruct inmate workers to utilize proper job skills and good work ethic in order to enhance their opportunities for employment upon release Ensure food preparation meets high-quality standards Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment Enforce safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:
