Job Description

Food Service Specialist We're looking for reliable and motivated Food Service Specialists to join our team at Sapp Bros., Inc. You'll help prepare fresh food, maintain our food cases, and keep the kitchen clean and organized while providing great service to our customers. At Sapp Bros., Inc., we are committed to Blessing and Serving others by providing 5-star service in a safe, clean, and professional environment. We provide the training and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Grab and Go food items according to company standards. Operate pressure fryers and other kitchen equipment safely. Monitor food temperatures and complete required logs. Stock, rotate, and maintain food in hot and cold cases, coolers, and freezers. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen. Operate the dishwasher and assist with cleaning duties. Work as part of a team and assist in other areas as needed. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older. Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred. Ability to follow procedures and food safety standards. Dependable, team-oriented, and professional. Ability to stand for extended periods and meet physical requirements. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
