Responsibilities:

Assist in the effective operation of the restaurant and the administration of all company policies and procedures within the guidelines of Weathervane Seafoods Assist in the supervision of all team members Assist in the training of all team members Ensures that policies and procedures in regards to cost control are being followed Ensures food safety and restaurant sanitation Assists in onboarding and orientations of new employees Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. Must be at least 21 years old Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time Strong time management and communication skills Commitment to 100% Guest Satisfaction We are Proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
