Job Description

Beans & Greens Farm in Gilford, NH is looking for talented cooks to help lead our growing Biergarten and mobile kitchen operations. This isn't a traditional restaurant job. You'll help create and execute menus for our award-winning biergarten, catered events, brunches, festivals, and seasonal attractions. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on a growing business that serves thousands of guests throughout the year. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the owner and kitchen manager in daily kitchen operations Help develop creative seasonal menus Lead food production for the food trucks, biergarten, and special events Ensure consistent food quality and presentation Assist with inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls Train and mentor kitchen staff Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Contribute ideas that improve guest experience and profitability
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of commercial kitchen experience Leadership experience preferred Positive, team-first attitude Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and great food Creativity balanced with an understanding of food costs Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events during peak season
