Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Prepare fresh food following Wendy's strict quality and safety standards.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming dining room and kitchen environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure fast, smooth shift operations. 2. Shift Managers / Assistant Managers
• As a Manager, you will lead by example, supporting the General Manager in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and coaching team members to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and food safety standards are met.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate crew members during shifts.
• Handle cash control, inventory management, and opening/closing shift procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries or issues quickly and professionally.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team culture.

What We're Looking For For Crew:

A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for great customer service. (No previous experience required—we will train you!)

For Managers:

Previous food service, retail, or restaurant leadership experience preferred.
