We're looking for a Front of House Manager to join our management team at the Airport Diner in Manchester. If your passion is hospitality and your goal is to make every guest leave happier than they arrived, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service. Coach, train, and develop servers, hosts, and support staff. Ensure smooth daily operations during busy shifts. Resolve guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service. Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless operations. Help achieve sales, labor, and service goals. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience. A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of guests.
