We are looking for an experienced associate who can learn Honey Baked and grow into a Team Lead for our Nashua store. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain a respectful workplace, exhibiting the company values. Execute store opening and closing procedures, as well as daily/weekly reporting Oversee unloading of shipments and production paperwork Maintain product availability and ensure rotation of products Ensure proper use of equipment and sanitation procedures are followed Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in all B2B and Catering processes. Perform administrative functions including banking duties and daily checkout Monitor stocking and clean up duties All other duties as assigned
WHAT WE THINK YOU'LL NEED
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience is preferred. Prior supervisory experience required. Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
Physical dexterity and mobility to perform demands of the job which may include working with a hot torch or with slicing machines. Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies. Back of house positions may be required to lift up to 65 pounds. Driver's license and transportation, with Required Driver certification.
