Job Description

We're looking for an organized, engaging, and service-driven Hospitality Training Coordinator to lead training and development across our Food & Beverage team at The Brook. In this role, you'll coordinate onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training for Restaurant Servers, Cocktail Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks, Food Runners, Expeditors, and Line Cooks, helping ensure every team member delivers exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule training programs across all Food & Beverage positions Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding for department team members Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and checklists Train, coach, and evaluate departmental trainers to ensure consistency Monitor trainee progress and provide ongoing feedback and support Ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety requirements, and alcohol service regulations Train team members on POS systems, service procedures, and operational best practices Partner with management to identify training opportunities and improve performance Maintain training records, certifications, and onboarding documentation Serve as a resource for Food & Beverage staff on procedures, standards, and guest service excellence What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience Prior training, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills Knowledge of restaurant operations, bar service, and guest service standards Experience with POS systems; MICROS experience preferred Understanding of food safety, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service Ability to work flexible schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be 21 years of age or older TIPS or equivalent certification preferred Why Join Us 100% Employee-Owned
