In this role, you'll oversee sanitation, inventory, equipment management, and team performance to ensure every event and food & beverage operation runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead daily stewarding and sanitation operations across all food & beverage areas Manage inventory, ordering, storage, and cost control of service ware and equipment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Conduct inventories, inspections, and operational walk-throughs Train, coach, and supervise stewarding team members Coordinate maintenance needs and support successful event execution Complete scheduling, payroll, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities What We're Looking For Stewarding, banquet, hospitality, or food & beverage leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and inventory management Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and events Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout shifts Why Join Us Employee-Owned Culture As a 100% employee-owned company, your contributions directly impact our shared success.
