JOB FUNCTION

Responsible for supervising food distribution and delivery to mobile pantry sites and for coordinating daily operations and efficient handling of food donations and distributions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate and supervise mobile food distributions in Cumberland and Gloucester Counties on a regular basis. Supervise the allocation of incoming food donations for both the mobile and permanent Gateway Food Pantry locations. Maintain clear communication with community partners to assess needs, address concerns, and measure results. Ensure adequate records and logs are maintained and properly filed. Oversee stocking of mobile pantry with food and ensure safety and efficiency of overall operation. Submit monthly reports as required. Other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be willing and able to lift over 50 lbs Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Previous experience in a managerial position Ability to speak Spanish preferred New Jersey Driver's License Maintain a good driving record (accepted by Tri-County insurance carrier) High School Diploma or equivalent
