Role:
As a Food Service Director at Atlas Rehabilitation and Healthcare at Daughters of Miriam Campus, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service operations, including: Developing and implementing menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents Supervising and training food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation Maintaining a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs Collaborating with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals that cater to our residents' diverse dietary needs Supervise food preparation, storage, and presentation to ensure high-quality meals Develop and implement efficient meal service systems to minimize waste and reduce labor costs Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to food service staff to improve skills and job satisfaction Maintain accurate records of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as our organization's policies and procedures
