Dining Services Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed by all staff through training and in-service education Daily scheduling of staff Maintaining all records as needed by County, State and Federal regulatory agencies Rounding during meals service to ensure quality of service and diet compliance is met Menu generation, diet changes and menu distribution as needed by department Various other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma Required Supervisory Experience Preferred ServeSafe Certification Experience with with POS Systems preferred The hours for the position are 11:30am - 8pm and every other weekend is required
