Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Food and Nutrition Services to lead our comprehensive food operations and nutritional programs at our Luxury Senior living. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of food service delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nutrition, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive dining experience for all stakeholders. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive innovative initiatives that promote health, wellness, and operational excellence across our organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance food service operations, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of culinary professionals, nutritionists, and support staff to deliver exceptional service Oversee menu planning, ensuring nutritional standards are met while catering to diverse dietary needs and preferences Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers Manage budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships to optimize resources and control costs effectively Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing operational metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends Collaborate with clinical teams or other departments to develop health-focused programs that promote wellness initiatives Experience Proven experience in food service management or nutrition leadership roles within healthcare, educational institutions, or large-scale organizations Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and nutritional guidelines Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost efficiency Familiarity with menu development software and nutritional analysis tools is preferred Join us in shaping nourishing experiences that make a meaningful difference!
