Respiratory Care Shift Coordinator Nights New Brunswick, NJ, United States | req7173 Posted on: 5/20/2026 Back to Search Respiratory Care Shift Coordinator Nights Respiratory Therapy The Respiratory Care Shift Coordinator Nights will: Coordinate activities of Respiratory Care Staff; ensuring proper completion of all assigned work by RCPs. Provide all aspects of therapeutic respiratory care based on established standards. Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care according to the department policies and procedures. Maintain, evaluate and operate respiratory care equipment. Respond to emergency situations in Hospital as appropriate to the ages of the patient's growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adult, and Geriatrics).
Requirements:
BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) obtained within 30 days of start date. Registered Respiratory Care Practitioners trained and assigned to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit on a regular basis is required to obtain the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Salary Range:
41.09 - 67.82 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
