Job Description
New Vista Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for an experienced Food Services Director with a valid CDM certification, 3-5 years experience preferred, and knowledgeable with nursing home regulations. Willing to negotiate salary, health/dental benefits for a Full Time employee. Long Term Care facility, 340 beds. Managed staff of 30+ employees which include cooks, aids and supervisors Knowledge of Meal Ticket software Familiar with LTC state and city health department regulations Ability to work independent, flexible hours/days including weekends.
